The office building of the future. And one of Norway's largest construction projects with its 103,000 square meters. Metering means that all energy consumption in the building is collected behind a main meter, which provides several advantages:

✔ Accurate tenant billing: Our systems are flexible and ensure that each tenant pays for their actual consumption, providing fair and precise invoicing.  

✔ Complete consumption overview: With all energy data for the entire building collected in the VENI Portal, it becomes easy to monitor and optimize energy consumption in the building.  

✔ Sustainable energy use: Our solution facilitates better energy management with a focus on environmentally friendly solutions.  

✔ Free choice of power supplier: The solution is set up in Elhub so that tenants have the free choice of power supplier.
