Meet Andrine Energy from my colleagues

Andrine Skjeldrum Elgvang is a sales coordinator at VENI Metering. This involves, among other things, contact with customers – mainly property managers – and support in various areas related to energy measurement in commercial buildings. She highlights one characteristic of the workplace in particular:

"Collaboration! We truly work together to achieve common goals. Many here have a lot of knowledge, and they are happy to share it with everyone. That gives me energy even during busy periods."

Andrine also values the flexibility. "There is a fundamental understanding here that people’s lives are different. For example, if you have small children, things don’t always work out as planned. Then it’s nice to meet understanding from the employer. VENI Metering is a modern workplace when it comes to balancing work and family life."

Andrine hasn’t worked at VENI Metering for long, but she has already spotted the recipe for success: Trust the employees and give them responsibility, collaborate across departments, and provide flexibility in everyday life.
